Kayla Mantegazza is a Boston-based yoga teacher and creator of the blog, “Yoganna Love This.” She works full-time at Boston Children’s Hospital in Physician Relations.
Kayla completed her 500hr YTT with the intention of empowering people from all walks of life to make wellbeing their priority. She provides a safe haven to access boutique-quality classes on a ramen noodle budget, with dignity and ease. She was featured by BostonVoyager Magazine in November 2018 for a piece titled, “Boston’s Most Inspiring Stories.”
Kayla teaches Vinyasa Yoga, and her specialty classes include “CardiYoga” and “Yoga with Weights”. CardiYoga is an energetic, fast-paced Vinyasa flow that builds cardiovascular strength by incorporating bursts of high-intensity interval training and resistance training using bodyweight. Yoga with Weights sculpts long, lean muscles by incorporating weights, resistance bands, straps, and bodyweight into high-repetition Vinyasa sequences.
In 2019, Kayla hosted a Power Yoga + Adventure group fitness retreat in Estoril, Portugal. You can join her in the Bahamas this April when she leads a “Yoga for Mixed Martial Artists” workshop at the Box Party in the Bahamas group fitness retreat.
